Tpms is divided into organic and electronic forms. Electronic tpms have high costs and high technical content. The main targets of service are 6-wheel and 7-wheel vehicles. Electromechanical tpms have low costs, low technical content and simple manufacture. The service targets are mainly trucks and buses, and the number of wheels is not limited. Due to the poor use of the environment, the tpms sensor is required to have good conduction performance and stable operation. In particular, when the internal spring is used at an ambient temperature of 80°C, fatigue failure cannot occur. The performance of the tpms sensor is shown below.
